We are currently in the process of retrieving all HOA documents spanning from 1996 to 2021 from Tracy Blair and Access Property Management. Despite there being 8+ boxes, a zip drive, and a filing cabinet, only 1 box was handed over to Residential First Services during their collection. It is imperative that all contracts, files, and documents necessary for the HOA from 1996 to the present are promptly returned without delay.
